With the overwhelming positive response and success of The Dark Knight it will be inevitable for a sequel. Already casting rumors are a buzz on the internets so I am going to put my two cents in. Rumors have been spread about Johnny Depp being offered the role of The Riddler. Though it's true Johnny Depp could make playing a Starbucks Cup interesting I believe a better choice for him would be for the Mad Hatter. (Of course he is already going to be the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's live action Alice in Wonderland but that's beside the point.
As for Catwoman I think Rachel McAdams will be a solid choice.
As for the Riddler I would suggest that Crispin Glover be this one. Dude can play crazy with the best of them.
As for Clayface I'd say go with Guy Pearce. He's got the acting chops for it. Let a little CGI do the rest.
Something needs to be done to eradicate our memory of Ahnuld as Mr. Freeze. What better actor than Sir Ben Kingsley?
And if they ever decide to expand and add Robin again (I don't hate the character, I'm just not sure if he is a right fit for the Nolan universe) I think Penn Badgley of Gossip Girl fame would be a good selection.
So what do you think? Do I have a future as a casting agent?

moody, this is a fantastic list! seriously! if the batman execs listened to you, this movie would be box office gold... not to mention oscar worthy!
I agree on the Robin thing, though it would be cool to see the character turn up. He was just handled so badly in the last generation of Batman nightmares.
I've heard talk of Angelina Jolie being Catwoman, but I'm pretty sick of that woman. I fully endorse Rachel McAdams, if only because I'm in love with her.
Not to toot my own horn but I picked Christian Bale as Batman before they even wrote Batman Begins.
whatevs, you're always tooting your own horn. you're synonymous with self-horn-tooting. look that up in the dictionary, and you'd see a picture of yourself licking your lips & bringing your horn to your mouth, looking back at you.
