The Truth Is Out There

I am going to attempt to watch 9 seasons of the X-Files and the X-Files Movie before the new X-Files movie comes out July 25. It's going to be tough but I'll endure. Hopefully.

I Heart Hulu

Hulu.com is now doing their 'days of summer' where they premiere something new every day, from movies to TV shows. Two things of note for me is The Three Stooges, and ALF.
One more reason to love the internet.

Superman Blog

Since the origins of this blog relate to me loving the Superman character I thought I would share two awesome YouTube clips I recently saw.

Christopher Reeve on Carson

Using clips from Smallville and Superman The Movie the author of this video edit deserves a bit of applause.

Not So Disturbing Trend.

Lauren Bernat is someone you don't know. Until today. She was recorded by her boyfriend while playing the hula hoop part of Wii Fit in her underwear. Who then, unknown to her, posted it on YouTube.

After the success of this video, (4 million+ views as of this blog entry) many other girls wanting their wii bit of fame decided to record their performances. Since none of these are really good I will not waste your time.

But not to be outdone by some "regular" girls a Playboy Playmate decided to try her hand at the Wii Fit with a camera nearby.

Sometimes the internet can be a great thing.

Hydrogen is the Wave of the Future

Everyone is complaining about gas prices. I should know I hear it everyday at work. "With gas costing as much as it is I shouldn't have to come back to the store to get this." That and look at the prices at the pump. Well a few automakers are taking note. Here is a clip from a Canadian show talking about a car that runs on Hydrogen.

What! Wait a minute. You mean to tell me we have had this technology for over 30 years and have done nothing about peak oil?

Here is a clip from another show that is not American. It's from a popular BBC program called Top Gear. One of the hosts drives a car being made in Germany. That runs off of salt water.

Will this suffer the same fate as the flying car? We are still holding our breath waiting for that one.

Welcome to the Last Blog of Krypton!

I have now joined the ranks of the blogosphere. I have decided to forgo my blog on a popular social networking site and put my thoughts, likes, rants, and other things I want to write about here.
